| Q: How can I calculate my shipping cost? |
| A: Shipping is a flat-rate of $4.95 for your first bottle and $1 for each additional bottle (per order). If you join the Autoship program, shipping will be waived on that and all future Autoship orders. |
| Q: How much time does it take to process an order? |
| A: All orders are processed within 24 hours. Weekends or any other official holiday are excluded. Orders received late Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday. |
| Q: How long will shipping take? |
| A: We are located in California and have a distribution center in Maryland, so a good rule is one to three business days. All orders are shipped via UPS. |
| Q: Do you charge extra handling or processing charges? |
| A: No. We do not charge any handling or processing charges whatsoever. |
| Q: Do you ship Internationally? |
| A: No. |
| Q: Do you ship to APO or Military addresses? |
| A: We ship to any address that accepts UPS delivery. |
| Q: How do I know if my order goes through your system? |
A: Your order is first confirmed in real-time onscreen. Followed by an automatic receipt e-mail sent to the email address you entered.

| Q: I am afraid if I use my correct email address, you will spam me or sell my address to a third party? |
A: We do not sell or share our customers information with any third party and strictly adhered to a no-spam policy.

| Q: How I can track down my package? |
| A: Once an order is shipped, an automatic e-mail will be sent to you containing the tracking number. Click the "Track Order" link. It will show you a summary of tracking information. |
Cancellation of Orders

| Q: Can I cancel my order any time? |
| A: If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel the same day before 2:00 PM Pacific for a full refund. If we receive your request after your order has shipped, you may return it under our 60 day, 100%, refund policy. |
| Q: Can I cancel my Autoship order? |
A: Yes, you can cancel your Autoship any time before it has shipped.
